The new Kaiju No. 8 THE GAME update will expand the universe with a new update featuring exclusive story content created specifically for the game, looking further into Hikari’s legacy as Captain of the Japanese Defence Force’s Second Division and her mastery wielding Kaiju No. 4's weapon.

Thought that Kaiju No. 8 THE GAME couldn't get any better? Well, it just did with their new addition of [United Front] Soshiro Hoshina (★5), who is wielding the Numbers 10 weapon. For the first time, Kaiju No. 8 THE GAME is syncing with the anime in real-time, in line with the release of episode 22.

Following its mobile release, Akatsuki Games, TOHO CO., LTD., and Production I.G., Inc. have announced that Kaiju No.8 THE GAME will launch on PC via Steam and will be released on October 1st, 2025.
