Mob Psycho 100 Heads to Theaters for 10th Anniversary

Five fan-selected episodes of the Mob Psycho 100 anime series are coming to the big screen for a special screening on July 20 as part of Crunchyroll’s monthly Anime Nights program.

The screenings are coming to select theaters in the U.S. and Canada for a one-night-only event on Monday, July 20, at 7:00 PM local time.

Crunchyroll describes the synopsis of the special screening event as follows:

Crunchyroll Anime Nights is bringing MOB PSYCHO 100 to the big screen! To celebrate Mob Psycho 100's 10th anniversary we'll be showing 5 amazing episodes - chosen by YOU, the fans - that will take you through all of Mob's story. Mob is an 8th grader with powerful psychic abilities who wants to be normal. When not exorcising evil spirits he attempts to suppress his powers, causing stunted emotions. But when he hits 100 percent, his pent-up feelings unleash a dark power. Can he survive the psychic strain?

All episodes of the Mob Psycho 100 anime are available to stream on Crunchyroll.

A 10th Anniversary Special Movie featuring Mob and Reigen below was revealed recently:

Mob Psycho 100 anime is based on a manga by ONE. It was serialized in the Ura Sunday magazine from 2012 to 2017, and concluded with 101 chapters (16 volumes). A spin-off series, Mob Psycho 100: Reigen, was also serialized from 2018 to 2019.

Studio BONES animated the adaptation, which had three seasons.
