Paint the Scene of a Secret Scheme With Pearl in Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.6

Hoyoverse's Honkai: Star Rail's newest update will launch on September 28, 2026, with version 4.6, "Dance With the Beast Before Moonrise." Following the reveal of Aha's secret identity, the Trailblazers will now be tasked with investigating Planarcadia's "Life Sciences Institute" to discover the secret plans hidden within regarding a scheme to "weaponize the husk". This new version will introduce the warp banner for the new limited-5 star character Pearl, who will be available throughout the whole patch.

The "Life Sciences Institute", created by the IPC's Technology Department head - Madam Yabuli, has become the centre of attention after a scheme to "weaponize the husk" has been uncovered, putting every citizen in Astropolis at risk. Pearl has requested help from the trailblazer to help put a stop to this scheme and destroy the mysterious faction that is leading the charge, all in the name of the Voracity. Players will team up with Nihilux alongside Kuchiba and Ashveil to investigate the secrets the institute holds.

The CEO of Planarcadia, Pearl, will be making her debut on the limited 5-star warp banners as an ice character following the Path of Elation. Although the players' knowledge of this mysterious IPC member is limited, she has shown her sheer power and ability to make quick decisions, as well as a desire to witness the combining of "Preservation" and "Art" with the Trailblazer.

She enters the battlefield with a strong skill set: Pearl can consume her "Certified Banger" to share a portion of DMG across every ally character. She can also use her "Deep Learning" state to analyse your teammates to help enhance their attacks against the enemies in front. Trailblazers using this state on Elation characters on their team will also experience even more enhanced ATK damage from Pearl against these enemies. An increase of punchline and/or "Certified Banger" will also be possible on teams that all follow the Path of Elation whilst Pearl is analysing this teammate in her "Deep Learning" state.

During the first half of the warp period, a rerun of Evanescia will commence along with a new sparkly outfit, "Lunar Blossoming", for trailblazers to purchase. In the latter half, Mortenax Blade will be getting a rerun lasting until the end of the patch. Pearl's signature lightcone "Colors for Tomorrow" will also be available throughout the entire warp period. An outfit for Hyacine will also be receiving a new outfit, "Warm Cotton Skies"; both hers and Evanescia's will be purchasable from the Outfit Show Window.

A new event will start at the beginning of this version, "Love, Ghosts & Robots" brings back Skott from the dead; this new resurrected Skott has new goals and will need the Trailblazers' help to build up the rating of his mechatron workshop. Players will be assembling and selling these mechatrons to raise the rating and aim for that perfect 5-star. Alongside, a new combat reality show event will launch as "Interastral Peace Gala: One Take". There will be new "Astral Imegea" gameplay, where players can collect their own Astral Imegea to accompany them on their adventure.

Honkai: Star Rail has announced a new Razer collaboration featuring the Stellar Hunter's pro gamer Silver Wolf LV.999. This collection will include a gaming chair, keyboard, mouse, and headset, with more information coming soon.

Zenless Zone Zero x Honkai: Star Rail Collaboration

Details regarding the upcoming Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zero Zone collaboration have been revealed. Both Ellen and Astra Yao will be joining the Trailblaze adventure in Version 4.8.

Honkai: Star Rail is a space fantasy turn-based combat RPG title by HoYoverse that follows the Trailblazer's journey through immense worlds of the unknown. The game has won Apple's App Store iPhone Game of the Year, Google Play's Best Game, and BEST MOBILE GAME by The Game Awards in 2023, while it also received the Golden Joystick Awards Still Playing Award (Mobile) and PlayStation® Partner Awards 2024 PARTNER AWARD among other honors in 2024.
