Witchy Business Demo Brings Magic to June's Steam Next Fest

The time to try new game demos has once again arrived with Steam's Next Fest, which features some highly anticipated titles as well as some more unknown ones being brought into the spotlight. All titles incorporated in the event have short demos showcasing what their game is about at its core, and one of the many games that stood out is the magical world of Witchy Business, a cute, vibrant game about running your own witchcraft store.

This charming demo throws you into the world of witchcraft where you are the owner of your own shop, interact with a unique array of characters, and shuffle through your everyday tasks to keep it running. Start your journey with your cat companion, Nekomancer, who will guide you through serving customers, making potions, and telling fortunes, all to keep your reputation strong each day. Watch out for thieves and ward them off with your magic. The demo is about 30-60 minutes long (depending on your pace) and explains the basic mechanics of the game whilst not digging too deep into the full game, leaving you wanting more. A lovely, cozy point-and-click adventure, perfect for those lazy summer evenings.

The game comes to us from the developer Rogue Duck Interactive, who has an impressive number of demos released during this event. Witchy Business is set to release on the 22 September 2025.
