Witch Watch Anime Gets Season 2
The production of WITCH WATCH Season 2 was officially confirmed earlier today with a celebratory illustration. The first season of the anime concluded today after 25 episodes.

Bibury Animation Studios animated the series with Ikehata Hiroshi as the director. Deko Akao was in charge of the series composition, and Haruko Izuka was the character designer. Yukari Hashimoto composed the music.
Rina Kawaguchi and Ryota Suzuki are leading the cast as Nico Wakatsuki and Morihoto Otogi.
The anime adapts Kenta Shinohara's Witch Watch manga, serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine since 2021. VIZ Media is publishing the manga in English (digital only), and the series is also available on the platform's Shonen Jump app. MANGA Plus also has the series in select regions.
Crunchyroll and Netflix are streaming the anime. Crunchyroll describes the plot as:
Morihito Otogi is a high schooler with the strength of an ogre. Life is peaceful until his childhood friend and witch-in-training, Nico Wakatsuki, moves in. Nico is excited about their reunion and makes Morihito her familiar. Now, he must focus on his mission to protect Nico from prophesied dangers. Their mystical, problem-filled days are about to begin!
