VeXpo: The First VTuber Festival in Europe Returns in 2025
VeXpo will be happening for the second time at the NEC Birmingham on 5-7 September. This year's convention is building on last year's, which was a big hit with fans across the globe and brought the community closer to experiencing previously only virtual events offline. Tickets are available now on the official website.
With all this in mind, what better time to look at what we can expect from VeXpo 2025 based on what we saw last year? Let's dive right in!

This VeXpo convention provides an immersive journey into the Vtuber and streaming world, a festival of celebrations. Meeting your favourite Vtubers, attending panels hosted by well-known names, chances of obtaining special edition merchandise, and an opportunity to enjoy a variety of concerts with your favourite talents - these are all things VeXpo prides itself on.

Currently announced guests for the event this year include a variety of streamers from indie to company-based, all showcasing their love for their fans and the work they do. Names such as Dokibird, Saiiren, and Rin Penrose have already been announced to be attending this year, with more to come.

As the next event approaches, I wanted to personally reflect on my own experience at VeXpo last year. I was lucky enough to attend and see many amazing fans show off their love of VTubers. Their passion perfectly showcased the true nature of this community and the impact these streamers have had over the years. I enjoyed photographing the event and seeing the passion reflected in everything, from the effort that went into planning to the joy of the fans.
Although the activities for the upcoming event have yet to be disclosed, we are excitedly awaiting the announcements and will be following them through the Vexpo social media leading up to when it hits Birmingham later this year.
