To You in the Beyond Movie Reveals Trailer, October Premiere
The upcoming To You in the Beyond anime movie revealed a first trailer and an October 9, 2026, premiere date for Japan. International release dates will be announced at a later time.
TMS ENTERTAINMENT is in charge of the animation, with Junichi Wada as the director and Sayaka Kuwamura as the screenwriter. Hechima is in charge of the character designs. Tota is performing the insert song "Balsam," which can be heard in the trailer.
The To You in the Beyond movie will adapt the novel by Akiko Abe, winner of the 22nd Honya Taisho Award.
PONY CANYON teases the plot as follows:
The story begins with the fateful encounter between Kazuki Tsukigase, a high school boy hiding a secret, and Nanao, a mysterious girl found collapsed on a beach—unfolding into a gentle and beautiful tale of connection.
