The Dangers in Your Heart Movie Unveils February Premiere, Key Visual, Trailer
The Dangers in Your Heart movie revealed a February 13, 2026 premiere date in Japan, key visual, and a teaser trailer. The movie is a compilation of the TV anime but with some new content.
TV Asahi and HIDIVE will also be presenting The Dangers in My Heart movie sneak peek at Anime Expo 2025 on July 4, 2025 at 8:00 PM in the JW Diamond panel room. Chief director Hiroaki Akagi and producers Yosuke Sakurai and Kazuki Endo will be a part of a panel.
The main cast, Shun Horie (Kyotaro Ichikawa) and Hina Yomiya (Anna Yamada) have commented on the upcoming release.
To all 8 billion Kana’s fans out there, thank you for waiting! Now you can finally watch that scene on the massive screen! Yes, that scene! With voices! There’s no greater joy. And amidst it all, the memories between Ichikawa and Yamada… is this what people mean by ‘emotional’? Please come see the film in theaters and look forward to it!

The Dangers in My Heart (also known as Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu or BokuYaba) is based on a manga by Norio Sakurai, currently serialized on Akita Shoten's Champion Cross web platform. Studio Shin-Ei Animation animated the TV adaptation, which debuted in 2023. The second season aired in 2024. Combined, the two seasons have 25 episodes.

The synopsis for the story is as follows:
Fascinated by the macabre, Kyotaro fantasizes about acting on his twisted thoughts to the detriment of his classmates. His heart was dark until an encounter with Anna lit a spark within it in a classic tale of boy meets girl.
