The Angel Next Door Season 2 Reveals Angelic New Visual
The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten Season 2 revealed a new visual and a recap video for the first season. The anime returns on April 3.
It was also revealed that Marika Kono is joining the cast as Ayaka Kido. The recap video (shared on Twitter/X) counts how many times Mahiru said "Amane-kun" in the first season (spoiler alert: it was 180).
The staff for the second season of The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten anime includes:
- Direction: Chihiro Kumano
- Series Composition: Keichirou Ohchi
- Character Design: Takayuki Noguchi
- Music: Moe Hyuuga
Project No.9 animated the first season of the anime with Wang Lihua as the director. Keichiro Ochi was in charge of the series composition. Moe Hyuga composed the music. In addition to Iwami, the cast included:
- Taito Ban as Amane Fujimiya
- Taku Yahiro as Itsuki Akazawa
- Haruka Shiraishi as Chitose Shirakawa
The anime is based on Saekisan’s The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten light novel series, originally published on Shosetsuka ni Naro webite in 2018. The series got a light novel version with Hanekoto's illustrations under GA Bunko (SB Creative’s imprint) in 2019. Yen Press licensed it in English. A manga adaptation with Wan Shibata's art is currently ongoing on MangaUp! website.
