The Marriagetoxin manga is getting an anime adaptation by Bones Film in 2026. A teaser visual and trailer were revealed, along with the cast and staff information. The main cast will feature Haruki Ishiya as Hikaru Gero and Shion Wakayama as Mei Kinosaki.
