Sanrio Reveals Character Ranking 2025 Final Results
Sanrio Character Ranking 2025 revealed the final results of the contest, which marked the 40th anniversary this year. This year's contest featured 90 characters (out of over 450 in Sanrio's official lineup).
Sanrio Character Ranking 2025 - Results
The final ranking saw some changes since the interim results were announced, but the top three have remained the same. A total of 63,160,696 votes were cast, and the winner got 5,613,659 of them.

This year's lineup included last year's winner, Cinnamoroll, as well as Kuromi, Aggretsuko, Hello Kitty, and even yoshikitty (YOSHIKI's alter-ego and only Sanrio character based on a real person). Fans could vote once a day from their devices on the official website.
Voting ran from April 10 through May 25, with milestone announcements throughout the campaign. First-day initial results were shared on April 15, interim results on May 13, and the final results on June 29 (today).
