Sanrio and Chiikawa Collaboration Returns in July Due to Popular Demand

Sanrio has officially announced that there will be another order period for their Sanrio and Chiikawa collaboration collection. The second order period was decided after the first launch on June 12, 2025, when it was immediately sold out in retail and online stores within seconds. Pre-orders for the new wave start on July 10 at 12:00 JST and will close on July 18 at 12:00 JST.

The Sanrio and Chiikawa collaboration has a total of 21 items, including everyday items and charming accessories like stickers, tote bags, plush toys, pouches, and more. The collection features the cuteness of the characters, dressing Chiikawa and friends up as your favourite Sanrio characters, including:

Chiikawa cosplaying as Hello Kitty
Hachiware as Cinnamoroll
Usagi in a Pompomurin suit
Momonga in a Kuromi outfit
Kani in a My Melody costume

Chiikawa is a small character best known for their adventures and interesting, unique expressions. Similar to Hello Kitty and friends, the adorable Chiikawa character has captured hearts all across Japan and across the world through social media and merchandise.
