One-Punch Man Season 3 Announces Part 2 for 2027
One-Punch Man Season 3 announced that the second cour of the anime is coming in 2027, following today's broadcast of episode 12. A teaser visual and announcement trailer have been revealed.
The staff for One-Punch Man Season 3 includes:
- Director: Shinpei Naga
- Series Composition: Tomohiro Suzuki
- Character Design: Chikashi Kubota, Shinjiro Kuroda, Ryosuke Shirakawa
- Music: Makoto Miyazaki
J.C. Staff also animated the second season of the TV anime, which was directed by Chikara Sakurai, but it was MADHOUSE that did the first with Shingo Natsume as the director. The anime is adapting the One-Punch Man manga written by ONE and illustrated by Yusuke Murata.
Crunchyroll is streaming the anime and describes the plot of the first season as:
Saitama started out being a hero just for fun. After three years of “special” training, he became so powerful that he can defeat opponents with a single punch. Now, alongside
Genos, his faithful cyborg disciple, Saitama is ready to begin his official duties as a professional hero working with the Hero Association.
However, the frequency of monster appearances is surging and it increasingly appears as if the Great Seer Madame Shibabawa’s prediction about the Earth’s doom is coming true. In the midst of this crisis, the “hero hunter” Garou makes his own appearance.
