I Want to End This Love Game manga is getting an anime adaptation, announced earlier by the original mangaka Yuki Domoto. Staff and cast details have not been confirmed at the time of writing. Domoto drew a special illustration to commemorate the announcement while thanking everyone for their support and promising new information soon.

I Want to End This Love Game (Aishiteru Gemu O Owara Setai) manga began serialization in December 2021 in Shogakukan's Sunday Webry online magazine. Six volumes have been released since, and the latest, 7th, is slated to be published on June 18, 2025.

VIZ Media licensed the manga in English. All six volumes are currently available. The North American publisher describes the plot of the I Want to End This Love Game manga as:
