Hololive's Amane Kanata Announces Graduation

After 6 years of creating content, Hololive's Amane Kanata has announced her graduation. The announcement was posted on the official Hololive X/Twitter on December 2, 2025, alongside a message on Kanata's personal X/Twitter account. Her graduation is scheduled for December 27, 2025.

Kanata debuted under Hololive's 4th Japanese wave, alongside talents Tsunomaki Watame, Tokoyami Towa, Himemori Luna, and graduated talent Kiryu Coco. Her official debut date was December 27, 2019, making her graduation double as a 6th anniversary.

In her letter (found on her X/Twitter), she mentions that the workload was too difficult at times and that she had trouble keeping up with her own activities. The accumulated strain led to "continuing my activities in a healthy state had become difficult." She reassures fans that this wasn't a sudden decision and isn't one she took lightly, but also that she has "no plans to return or reincarnate." Currently, she states that there won't be an official graduation video, no song cover and there are no plans for guests to be featured on her final live.

CoverCorp has posted that information regarding merchandise sales will be updated via the Hololive Production Official Shop, with both fan letters no longer being accepted starting from December 27, 2025. Kanata's YouTube Membership will be available until March 27, 2026.
