When I first heard that Hanaori-san was going to be turned into an anime, I thought it was a dream—I couldn’t tell it apart from the reality my stress had shown me. It seems that it really is being adapted. As the author, I am fortunate to be involved in the anime production at such a wonderful distance, and they are creating an anime that preserves the original atmosphere while being fun, amazing, and stylish—so maybe it really is a dream. Let’s meet in a dream, everyone.
