Fire Force Season 3 Reveals Main Trailer for the Second Cour, Theme Songs

Fire Force Season 3 revealed a new trailer for the second cour of the anime, scheduled to premiere on January 9, 2026. The opening theme song will be performed by Takanori Nishikawa and is titled "Ignis," while Survive Said the Prophet is performing the ending theme song, "Speak of the Devil."

Studio David Production is animating the adaptation with Tatsuma Minamikawa as the director. Sei Tsuguta is in charge of the series composition, and Hideyuki Moriota is doing the character designs. The first cour of the season premiered in April of this year.

The anime will continue to adapt the manga by Atstushi Okhubo, serialized in the Weekly Shonen Magazine from 2015 to 2022. The manga has 304 chapters that have been compiled into 34 volumes.

Crunchyroll is streaming the Fire Force anime and describes the plot as:
Tokyo is burning, and citizens are mysteriously suffering from spontaneous human combustion all throughout the city! Responsible for snuffing out this inferno is the Fire Force, and Shinra is ready to join their fight. Now, as part of Company 8, he’ll use his devil’s footprints to help keep the city from turning to ash! But his past and a burning secret behind the scenes could set everything ablaze.
