Fate/strange Fake Reveals January 2026 Premiere and Trailer

The highly anticipated Fate/strange Fake anime revealed a trailer, a January 3 premiere date, and a visual earlier today. The opening theme song "PROVANT" by SawanoHiroyuki[nZk]: Jean-Ken Johnny & TAKUMA can be heard in the trailer:

The second episode of the anime premiered this August. The title was highly anticipated, but didn't have a release date until today. Shun Enokido and Takahito Sakazume announced the information at the Aniplex Online Festival 2025.

Shun Enokido and Takahito Sakazume are directing the anime (and have also directed the special) at studio A-1 Pictures with Daisuke Ohigashi on the series composition and script. Yukei Yamada is in charge of the character designs. Hiroyuki Sawano, who is composing the music, also did the theme song “FAKEit” performed by SawanoHiroyuki[nZk]:Laco.
