Dan Da Dan: Evil Eye Schedules Fan Screenings in the Philippines on May 30 and June 1

DAN DA DAN: Evil Eye is coming to the Philippines with two special screenings on May 30 and June 1. The first Special Fan Screening, scheduled for May 30 at 7 pm, will be held at Robinsons Galleria, Ortigas, while a second Special Screening, scheduled for June 1 at 4 pm, will be held at Robinsons Galleria, Cebu. The theatrical anime, which includes the first three episodes of the anime's second season, will have a regular screening on June 4 at various Robinsons Movieworld cinemas all over the country.

Tickets for the screenings cost P600 and will include an A3 key visual poster (1 out of 2 designs) and four character cards that showcase the main quartet.

Science SARU is animating the second season of DAN DA DAN with Fuuga Yamashiro and Abel Gongora as directors. Hiroshi Seko is in charge of the series composition, and Naoyuki Onda is doing the character designs. Kensuke Ushio is composing the music. The recently revealed trailer announced a July 5 premiere date.

The anime adaptation of the manga by Yukinobu Tatsu is streaming on Crunchyroll and Netflix. The former describes the plot:
When high schooler Momo, from a family of spirit mediums, first meets her classmate Okarun, an occult geek, they argue—Momo believes in ghosts but denies aliens, and Okarun believes in aliens but denies ghosts. When it turns out both phenomena are real, Momo awakens a hidden power and Okarun gains the power of a curse. Together, they must challenge the paranormal forces threatening their world.
