Chaos in Planarcadia Continues in Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.1

,Honkai: Star Rail continues the Planarcadia plot with version 4.1, "Unraveled for Daybreak", which releases on March 25, 2026. The update will feature the "Star Rail FEST", where in-game NPC fans of the crew gather to celebrate their journey so far. The featured banner includes the new 5-star character, Ashveil, alongside Hyacine and Boothill.

Trailblazers at the Star Rail FEST

After the eventful start of the Planarcadia journey, the Trailblazer has successfully obtained their personal mask and can now participate in the Phantasmoon Games after an intense fight against local streamer Sparxie. Pearl has invited the Astral Crew to join and collaborate with her in a new celebration, the Star Rail FEST.

This festival will feature a showcase of the legendary experiences of the express group, following the storyline through three areas: Belobog Zone, Xianzhou Luofu Zone, and Penacony Zone. With the start of Phantasmoon Games looming over, the trailblazer is set for an eventful time!

Ashveil, Ace Detective of the Ashen Detective Agency

Honkai: Star Rail version 4.1, "Unraveled for Daybreak," will feature the introduction to the new playable character, Ashveil, a fellow participant in the Phantasmoon Games and the lead investigator in a recent murder case that occurred in the Dovebrook District.

Ashveil is a 5-star lightning character who follows the path of The Hunt. His technique outside of battle can inflict a stunned state on enemies before entering the fight. Once in the encounter, Ashveil will increase the CRIT DMG of all allies and then will select one of the enemies to take the role of the "Bait."

This will cause enemies to fight with reduced DEF, and when he uses his skill, he will deal increased DMG while also recovering skill points for the team. When a teammate attacks, Ashveil will continue with a follow-up attack, which will build up the team's "Gluttony" and act as an enhancement to the unit's follow-up attacks.

The Wispae War Saga Event

Alongside the storyline, Trailblazers can also take part in a new activity: The Wispae War Saga. This is where the player can command their own army of wispae soldiers towards battle within Graphia Academy.

You will have to trial and error different strategies and use spell cards to help power up your troops. Defeat more enemies, receive many rewards, and then after the competition, you will be able to challenge more enemies outside.
