Chained Soldier Season 2 Unveils First Trailer
The Chained Soldier Season 2 revealed the first trailer and a January 2026 release date. The trailer introduces the commanders of the 1st Squad, Konomi Tatara, the 2nd Squad, Mira Kamiunten, the 3rd Squad Belle Tsukiyono, the 5th Squad, Yakumo Ezo, the 6th Squad, Tenka Izumo, the 7th Squad, Kyouka Uzen, the 8th Squad, Varvara Pilipenko, the 9th Squad, Fubuki Azuma, and the Supreme Commander and the 10th Squad commander, Ren Yamashiro. Passione and Hayabusa Film are animating.
The second season of Chained Soldier will be directed by Masafumi Tamura at Passione and Hayabusa Film, taking over from the first season's Studio Seven Arcs. The main staff includes:

Chained Soldier is an adaptation of the manga series written by Akame Ga Kill's author, Takahiro, with illustrations by Yohei Takemura. The manga has been serialized on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ online platform since January 2019.
