Project Sekai: Colorful Stage is an interactive rhythm game, developed by Colorful Palette and Sega, featuring some of the fan-favorite Vocaloid artists. The game's story focuses on five different groups and the world created by their feelings and their desire to improve musically, also known as their “sekai.” With four years of content, many fans have shared their love for the game and the story. On the game mechanic side, Project Sekai features a gacha system through which players can gain crystals while playing and use them to unlock cards that help them improve their score on their favorite songs. The game includes a variety of different producers and songs.
The franchise also has a mini-anime series, titled Petit Sekai, a short anime by P.A. Works, as well as the recently released Colorful Stage!: A Miku Who Can't Sing movie by P.A. Works.
