Beastars Final Season Part 2 Reveals New Visual, 2026 Premiere
Part 2 of the BEASTARS: Final Season revealed a new visual and 2026 premiere date. Netflix will be streaming the anime exclusively, as was the case with previous seasons.

Studio Orange is animating the series, with the main staff returning from previous seasons. Shinichi Matsumi is directing with Nanami Higuchi on the screenplay. The anime uses character designs by Nao Otsu.
BEASTARS is based on a manga by Paru Itakagi. It started serialization in 2016 in Weekly Shonen Champion. The manga ended in 2020 and its 196 chapters, compiled into 22 volumes. The Beastars universe also has a side-story titled Beast Complex, which focuses on different characters.
Viz Media licensed the BEASTARS manga in English. A total of 22 volumes (the entirety of the series) have been translated and published. The publisher describes the plot as:
One night at Cherryton Academy, an herbivore student is brutally murdered. Among the members of the Drama Club, the herbivores’ suspicions naturally turn to their carnivore classmates… The prime suspect? Wolf Legoshi. But he wouldn’t hurt a fly. Or would he? Will dwarf rabbit Haru bring out the beast in him? Or are his feelings for her…something else?
