Animate Releases New Summer Merch Line for Crypton Vocaloids

Popular anime and manga merchandise chain store Animate is bringing the summer energy to their shops with a new summer line featuring virtual idols. The "Summer 2025" line introduces the group of 6 Crypton Vocaloids dressed in yukatas matching their iconic color schemes. This set of merchandise was released in Animate stores from July 12 and will be available until August 3, 2025.

This set will include items themed after Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, Megurine Luka, KAITO & MEIKO. These include acrylic stands at 1,650 Yen ($11.20), "Cheki" aka instant photo prints at 660 yen ($5.50), blind box listed at 440 yen ($3) for an individual badge, plus many more. The art of the collection was made by Motiduki Siina (X/Twitter), with the chibi-esque designs by trcoot (X/Twitter).

Merchandise will be available in Animate stores; however, if you're not able to get to a phsyical store, you can purchase the items via the Official Animate Online Store.

Hatsune Miku 2025 Summer Fair Event Sticker Designs

During this summer period, there will also be an additional event running across stores, dubbed the "Hatsune Miku 2025 Summer Fair". During this event, when fans spend 1,100 yen on specific products, they will be qualified to receive an exclusive sticker. For every 1,100 yen they spend, they will be entitled to an additional sticker. This sticker will feature one of the 6 Vocaloids present in the "SUMMER 2025" range.
